Investigations

Increasingly, natural justice and fair process requires that issues be thoroughly investigated by a person with no interest in the outcome.  This may be in an employment context (eg an employee makes a bullying complaint), or it may arise in other areas (eg customer complaints).

 

I am experienced in this developing area, having conducted investigations, and assisted military Courts of Enquiry, and from sitting on the District Liquor Licensing Committee.  My expertise in gathering relevant information, processing it, and providing a coherent analysis of facts in a frank and straight-forward manner enables you to make good decisions about future actions and avoid costly problems in your business.
